JIT (Just In Time)

By providing us with weekly, Bi weekly or Monthly forecasts of your product needs. We will use these forecasts to manage our schedule and help keep our plant level-loaded. We in turn ship small batches of product to your facility as needed, on schedule. This keeps your inventory levels at a minimum and helping to ensure that you do not run out of inventory, while keeping costs under control.

VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory)

If your company prefers to work on a quarterly forecast basis we can gladly work with your team to provide product inventory for immediate use as business your dictates.

Custom Inventory Programs:

We can also work with your company to customize an inventory program that fits your particular needs.
